England Heading Off To The ETC 2012

Just a quick post by myself. Finalising everything here before my trip with the England lads to the ETC.

The  army is ready, the flights are paid for and the train is waiting, all that’s left is to claim gold!

Much testing has been had in preparation for this years ETC and to be honest, it hasn’t been easy. With the release of 6th I have had to keep well away from playing any games and keep my focus on 5th (the ETC decided on playing 5th as 6th was released a little late).

For those unaware, this years England 40k ETC team is:

Josh Roberts (Captain)- Grey Knights
Alex Harrison (Me!) – Space Wolves
Courtney Rhodes – Orks
Peter Cooke – Blood Angels
Paul Burke – Black Templars
Rob Sims – Necrons
Nathan Roberts – Dark Eldar
Dave Symcox – Imperial Guard
Rob Madely – 9th Spare Player/Coach

Now this team’s perhaps one of our best, toughest compositions which I feel represents our country well. I am certainly proud to call these lads my team mates.

Our first round match up is Greece, and we have done enough preparation to feel very confident going into this match.

Just for reference, here is the list I am taking this year which has been through plenty of variations & playtesting as many of you may know:
